Solutions for Banks and Card Networks

HDFC, SBI, Axis, AU, AMEX, Visa and more...

Banks and card networks don’t buy interfaces. They buy infrastructure, and the interface is where that infrastructure becomes usable - by risk teams, ops analysts, onboarding managers, and merchants who never see the machinery underneath.

At Juspay, I’ve worked across this layer: authentication and 3DS flows, tokenization, fraud tooling, merchant lifecycle systems, and developer surfaces built to a partner bank’s brand rather than our own.

The constraints here are unusual. Scheme mandates and regional regulation set the boundaries before a single frame exists. Legacy systems carry decades of accumulated logic that can’t simply be redesigned away. And the work is often white-labelled, which means the design has to be opinionated about structure while staying silent about style. The projects below are about finding clarity inside those constraints.
